Affiliate Policy

Overview
Greater T LLC welcomes affiliates and marketing partners who share our mission of helping men optimize their health and vitality. This Affiliate Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all individuals and entities participating in the Greater T affiliate program. By joining the program, you agree to the terms below in full.
Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates and marketing partners participate in the Greater T program as independent contractors. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of Greater T LLC. Nothing in this policy creates a joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and Greater T LLC.
As an independent contractor, you are solely responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Approved Marketing Materials
Affiliates may only use marketing materials, product descriptions, and claims that have been expressly approved in writing by Greater T LLC. Unauthorized modifications to approved materials are strictly prohibited.
- Do not alter, rewrite, or paraphrase approved product descriptions in a way that changes their meaning or introduces unapproved claims.
- Do not create your own product images, graphics, or branding without prior written approval.

Prohibited Claims
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making any of the following in their promotional content:
- Medical or disease claims — You may not state or imply that Greater T products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Unapproved health claims — Any health benefit claim not expressly included in Greater T's approved materials is prohibited.
- Earnings or income guarantees — You may not make income projections, earnings claims, or lifestyle representations related to affiliate commissions unless they are typical, documented, and pre-approved in writing by Greater T LLC. Any approved income claims must include required FTC disclosures.
- Misleading or deceptive statements — You may not make any false, misleading, or exaggerated representations about Greater T products, the affiliate program, or expected results.
FTC Disclosure Requirements
All affiliates are required to include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of their material relationship with Greater T LLC in every piece of promotional content. This applies to:
- Social media posts (including stories, reels, and short-form video)
- YouTube videos, podcasts, and other audio or video content
- Blog posts, articles, and written reviews
- Paid or sponsored placements of any kind
- Email marketing sent to your own list
Acceptable disclosure language includes statements such as: "I earn a commission on purchases made through my link" or "#ad" or "#sponsored" placed prominently where it cannot be missed. Buried, hidden, or ambiguous disclosures do not satisfy FTC requirements.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their disclosures comply with Federal Trade Commission guidelines and any applicable local advertising and consumer protection laws.
International Affiliates
Affiliates located outside the United States are responsible for compliance with their local advertising, disclosure, and consumer protection laws in addition to FTC guidelines. Greater T LLC makes no representation that participation in the affiliate program is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to determine whether and how you may participate based on the laws of your country or region.
Commission and Payment
Commission rates, payment schedules, and payout methods are outlined in your individual affiliate agreement or program dashboard. Greater T LLC reserves the right to adjust commission structures with reasonable notice. Commissions are not earned on:
- Returned or refunded orders
- Fraudulent or self-referral transactions
- Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes or promotional methods
Greater T LLC reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions associated with policy violations, fraudulent activity, or returned purchases.
Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greater T LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, regulatory actions, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from unauthorized, non-compliant, or illegal marketing conduct. This includes but is not limited to violations of FTC disclosure rules, prohibited medical claims, and misrepresentations about Greater T products or the affiliate program.
Termination
Greater T LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any affiliate relationship for any violation of this policy, without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
- Making prohibited medical or earnings claims
- Using unapproved marketing materials or modifying approved content
- Failing to include required FTC disclosures
- Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful promotional activity
- Any conduct that reflects negatively on the Greater T brand
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Greater T affiliate links, promotional content, and branded materials from your channels. Commissions earned prior to termination will be reviewed and paid or withheld at Greater T LLC's discretion based on compliance.
Updates to This Policy
Greater T LLC reserves the right to update this Affiliate Policy at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
