At Greater T LLC, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this Return Policy carefully before submitting a return request. By purchasing from greatert.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Supplements and Physical Products
We accept return requests for physical products, including our Foundation supplement, under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Greater T LLC reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is excessively used or the packaging is damaged beyond reasonable inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Results from dietary supplements vary by individual and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. This does not affect your eligibility for a return within the stated window.
Digital Products and EBooks
All sales of digital products, including EBooks, are final. We do not offer refunds for digital purchases once the content has been accessed or delivered.
Consultations and Appointments
Appointments scheduled for DNA consultations or follow-up sessions with Dr. Jay are subject to the following:
- Cancellation or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of scheduling the appointment to be eligible.
- Requests made more than 24 hours after scheduling are not eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be possible subject to Dr. Jay's availability.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Greater T LLC is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned shipments.
- We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or rejected during the return transit process.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Email contact@greatert.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions including the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products and EBooks
- Products that are excessively used or missing original packaging
- Orders where the return request is submitted after 30 days of delivery
- Shipping and handling fees
- Consultation appointments canceled more than 24 hours after scheduling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@greatert.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
