Defining Personally Identifiable Information

Please note that the Site does access geolocation information about where you are when using the device.
We do not store credit card information. Payments are processed through Shopify and its PCI-compliant payment processors. Marketing emails are managed through Klaviyo.
2. Refund Policy
At Greater T, we strive to provide the best service to our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully:
- EBooks: All sales of EBooks are final. We do not offer refunds for EBook purchases.
- DNA Consultation and Follow-Up Appointments: Appointments scheduled for DNA consultations or follow-up sessions may be canceled or rescheduled and refunded if the request is made within 24 hours after the appointment was scheduled. If the request to cancel is made more than 24 hours after the appointment was scheduled, no refunds will be issued but it is possible to reschedule.
- Supplements and Physical Products: Refund requests for physical products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Greater T LLC reserves the right to deny refunds if products are excessively used or damaged. Results from dietary supplements vary by individual and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. To request a refund, contact contact@greatert.com.
- International Orders: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Greater T LLC is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned shipments.
By scheduling an appointment or purchasing an EBook on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
3. How We Collect Your Information
We collect this information in the following ways: directly from you; automatically using technology like cookies, web bugs, and other web technologies; and directly from our partners and vendors.
Information Directly From You
As you use the Site, information we collect directly from you includes information provided in response to our direct request for your name, age, postal address, email address, and phone number. We may also collect information that you provide in correspondence with our company. In addition, when you fill out a form, complete a survey, sign up for an email list, make a purchase, share content, leave a comment on one of our boards, or engage in other similar interactions, you are directly providing us with your personal information.

6. Third Party Accounts
We may also allow you to sign up and log in to the Site using accounts you create with third-party products and services, such as Meta, Google, or Apple (collectively, "Third-Party Accounts"). If you access the Services with Third-Party Accounts, we will collect information that you have agreed to make available such as your name, email address, profile information and preferences. This information is collected by the Third-Party Account providers and is provided to us under their privacy policies. You can generally control the information that we receive from these sources using the privacy controls in your Third-Party Account.
7. Cancellation Appointment
It is possible to cancel the consultation with Dr. Jay, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Any cancellation request must adhere to the following conditions:
- Refund Policy Compliance: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours after the appointment was scheduled to be eligible for rescheduling or a refund, as detailed in our Refund Policy. Requests made more than 24 hours after the appointment was scheduled will not be eligible for a refund.
- Doctor's Availability: Rescheduling a consultation is contingent upon Dr. Jay's availability. Clients must select a new appointment date and time based on the available slots listed on our website.
By scheduling an appointment with Dr. Jay, you agree to these cancellation terms and the associated refund policy.
8. Shipping Policy
In the event that shipping of a product is necessary, the following terms apply:
- Client Responsibility: All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the location at the time of purchase.
- Variable Final Prices: Final shipping prices may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and any applicable taxes or duties. The total shipping cost will be provided at checkout.
- International Shipping: For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees. Greater T LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages seized or rejected by customs authorities.
