Subscription Policy

Overview

Greater T LLC offers subscription and auto-ship purchasing options on select products, including our Foundation supplement. This policy outlines how subscriptions work, how billing is handled, and your rights as a subscriber. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

Enrollment

You may enroll in a subscription at checkout by selecting the subscribe and save option on eligible products. By completing enrollment, you authorize Greater T LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, every 60 days) until you cancel.

Billing

• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle based on the frequency you selected.
• You will receive an email reminder before each upcoming charge.
• Greater T LLC reserves the right to update subscription pricing with 30 days prior written notice sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
• We do not store your full credit card information. All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its PCI-compliant payment processors.

Shipping

• Subscription orders are shipped automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method on file.
• For international subscribers, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees associated with your order.
• Greater T LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or packages seized or rejected by customs authorities.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@greatert.com prior to your next billing date. Please allow up to 2 business days for cancellation requests to be processed.

• Cancellation requests received after a shipment has already been processed for that billing cycle may not be honored for that order.
• Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for any previously processed orders. Please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility.
• There are no cancellation fees.

Modifications

To update your shipping address, payment method, or subscription frequency, please contact us at contact@greatert.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Changes requested after that window may not take effect until the following cycle.

Skipping or Pausing

If you need to skip or pause a subscription cycle, please contact us at contact@greatert.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee changes made within the 48-hour window prior to billing.

Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy. Refund requests for physical products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact contact@greatert.com.

Results from dietary supplements vary by individual and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Greater T LLC will attempt to reprocess the charge. If the charge cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled and your order will not be fulfilled for that cycle. You will be notified by email if a payment issue occurs.

Product Availability

In the event that a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, Greater T LLC will notify you by email and may delay your shipment until the product is back in stock. You will not be charged for any order that cannot be fulfilled.
